Bear with me for a moment, I going to be one of those mom's who brags about her kid. My 15 year old did an extra credit Shakespeare assignment for her English class.
She chose to do a mixed media piece on Hamlet. Having seen me make altered book pieces, she created this piece on Revenge.
Spending many hours creating this assignment, she was very please with the finished product.
It's quite wonderful to see how exposure to art gives her the confidence and pleasure to create her own art.
