Here is a new mixed media encaustic painting from a series that I am working on right now.
This painting has lots of layers of vintage papers and encaustic beeswax.
I've incorporated a vintage photo of my family's homestead house from the 1800's.
I'll be sharing some more mixed media pieces from this series. I'm busy working on these paintings and I really like the effect I'm getting with the different papers and vintage photographs.
I loved their house painting.
