The look like the popular ceramic collectibles made by the Hagen-Renaker company.

Hagen-Renaker collectibles became so popular they were often copied by Japanese companies.
 I do believe these are 1950’s Japanese copies. They are such fun retro kitties perfect for a "cat lady."
