Art DOLL Birdcage Necklace

I made this fun necklace using a vintage porcelain doll head and a mini birdcage.
Her hat is a re-purposed vintage rhinestone earring.
I added a real moss nest with three turquoise bead "eggs" and a little golden bird. I think she turned out to be a rather cute necklace.
I made this "vase" necklace using an orphaned glass salt shaker.
I thought it would be fun to wear a bit of evergreen or maybe a tiny flower in this vase. I added a pretty re-purposed rhinestone earring, wire and a chain.
This locket pendant is made using an antique pocket watch-face.
A vintage angel charm is added along with a rhinestone.
I really like the rust on the watch-face. It gives this large locket pendant some vintage charm.

  1. thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment.. I remember that encaustic workshop in Bremerton.. I went with 2 artist girlfriends from Portland OR and we stayed in a hotel and my friend snored loudly all night - ha ha
it was my first introduction to encaustic.. I see that you do jewelry and encaustic.. very nice! I scrolled down and listened to that video.. wonderful!

  2. Thanks so much for being a new follower on my blog! I'm delighted to see new faces, because they lead me to their own blogs that I might not have found before! Yours is one of those, and I'm excited to find you! I have some catching up to do in exploring new blogs, but from what I've seen on yours so far, I'm going to have a lot of fun seeing your pictures.

Hope you have a wonderful day,
